About O-box Products

We have a simple objective:

To simplify deployment of mission-critical Oracle infrastructure

to allow our customers to focus on growing their businesses.

Whilst O-box is based in the UK we are developing relationships with Oracle Specialized SOA partners around the world who can help you build effective systems using products from Oracle and O-box.

O-box was formed in 2013 by Simon Haslam, owner of Veriton in the UK, and Lonneke Dikmans, then Managing Partner at Vennster in the Netherlands. Both Simon and Lonneke are now partners at eProseed in the UK and Netherlands respectively.

Simon Haslam…

…works on high availability call-centre and other demanding web systems running on Oracle ACE DirectorOracle technologies. His roles have varied from architecture design, reviews and health-checks right through to full, production, clustered installations from time to time.

Simon is also Chair of the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) Application Server &
Middleware SIG. Simon has been selected an Oracle ACE Director (Middleware & SOA) since 2009, one of only two in the UK.

Having the vision behind the O-box appliance, Simon is the product owner (in Agile speak) and leads the technical side of the business. In early 2016 Simon became Technical Director at eProseed UK, but for the time being O-box is still a separate product owned and maintained by Veriton.

Lonneke Dikmans…

…works as an architect, both on projects and as an Enterprise Architect. She advises Oracle ACE Directorcompanies that want to set up Service Oriented Architecture and Business Process Management. Lonneke was one of the first five technical experts to be recognized as an Oracle Fusion Middleware Regional Director (now renamed to Oracle ACE Director) in 2005.

Lonneke is a co-author of SOA Made Simple (Packt Press, 2012), and has contributed to the Oracle SOA Suite 11g Handbook (Oracle Press, 2011) by Lucas Jellema.

Since co-founding O-box in 2014 Lonneke went on to become the Country Manager of eProseed NL, but still works in an advisory role for O-box.
